The Nanoflow fume cupboard has been designed after much research and consultation with scientists to overcome safety concerns from working with nano particles in fume cupboards.

The fume cupboard includes an inbuilt safe-change Hepa filter which is located in an easily accessible location for maintenance purposes.

Our unique design limits the working area of the worktop to a “safe zone” as recommended by the scientific community.

Available in our standard sizes as per the attached data sheet but our flexibility allows us to meet customer requirements regarding height widths and depths of fume cupboards.

Designed to meet and surpass the recommendations’ laid down in the BS/EN 14175 fume cupboard standards.

Nanoflow Fume Cupboards come with the options of Energy Save, Acid Storage and Acid Solvent Storage Units.

The Chemflow Walk In fume cupboard is suited to large volume dispensing and distillation operations.

Manufactured as standard from 6mm thick fabricated sheet PVC. Although we can manufacture from a range of other materials including epoxy painted mild steel and stainless steel, our PVC standard construction offers a much higher chemical resistant longer life fume cupboard.

Designed to meet and surpass the recommendations’ laid down in the BS/EN 14175 fume cupboard standards.

Our range of standard sizes is as per the data sheet but our flexibility allows us to meet your exact requirements regarding height, widths and depths of fume cupboard. Sizes above 2000mm in width require a change to a shatterproof polycarbonate sash.

Our unique energy saving systems can be installed on our chemflow fume cupboards.

The Eduflow Fume Cupboard has been designed to assist the teaching of science subjects primarily in second level schools. Our unique three clear sided design maintains the requirements and performance of BS/EN 14175 while increasing viewing capability for students. The size of the Eduflow fume cupboard is ideally suited to the class room.

The Chemflow Bench Mounted fume cupboard is suited to general laboratory use and can be tailored to suit a customer’s exact requirements.

Chemflow Benched Mounted Fume Cupboards come with the option of Energy Save, Solvent and Acid Storage Units.

For laboratories where acids such as Perchloric, hydrofluoric, and other water soluble acids are used we offer our Chemflow Scrubber cupboard with inbuilt scrubbing system.

By employing our unique tellerette filled scrubbing chamber at the rear of the fume cupboard with its patented water wash down demister jets we can scrub the exhaust fumes with an efficiency of 98%.

We include a recirculation tank and pump and include the option of a neutralisation tank and dosing system which will allow the waste water to be returned to the towns waste system subject to local regulations.

Our range of standard sizes is as per the data sheet but our flexibility allows us to meet your exact requirements regarding height, widths and depths of fume cupboard.
