Fume Cupboards are an essential part of any laboratory.  Any process which involves work with dangerous gasses, particles or chemicals must be performed in a Fume Cupboard to protect the operator.  Fume Cupboards provide a safe working environment, ensuring maximum efficiency whilst providing a safe, noise tolerant environment for the operator as they work.

The core function of a Fume Cupboard is to create a negative air pressure inside an acids and solvent resistant chamber, thus containing the toxic fumes from the vicinity of the operator.  The Chemflow range of Fume Cupboards have, year on year, been the best performing fume cupboards in independent testing according to BS Standards and the new EN 14175 standard.
